Every vendor using an Ernota subdomain (e.g., yourshop.ernota.com) is solely responsible for the products and services offered. Ernota is not involved in any transactions or deliveries.

Use of Payment Gateways

Vendors must use their personal payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI). The use of “Ernota” branding in payment profiles is strictly prohibited.

Service Disclaimer

“This website is maintained by the vendor. Ernota only provides the digital platform and is not responsible for payments or delivery.” This notice will be automatically included in all vendor subdomain footers.

Complaint Handling

Customers can report any vendor via the complaint form. Ernota may take actions including temporary or permanent suspension after verification.

Vendor Inactivity Policy

If a vendor remains inactive for 60 or more days (no login, no usage), Ernota may mark the account inactive or remove the website from public view.

ATS Service Disclaimer

ATS Digital is a third-party support service. While Ernota helps coordinate, all delivery quality remains the responsibility of ATS freelancers.

Feedback & Review

Vendors are encouraged to leave honest reviews of any ATS work done. Poor-performing interns may be removed after consistent feedback.
